Waterborne acrylic heat insulation anticorrosive coating

Product description

This product is formulated with water-based acrylic emulsion as the film-forming base material, adding anti-rust pigments, weather-resistant pigments, heat-insulating powder and other materials. Anti-rust pigments with high heavy metal content such as aluminum and lead are not added.

Product performance

Has excellent weather resistance, UV resistance and self-cleaning function;

Excellent near-infrared and visible light reflection performance, and it can provide excellent heat insulation effect when used together with heat insulation primer; Excellent acid resistance, salt water resistance, salt spray resistance, wide applicability.

Application range

It is suitable for metal products such as chemical petroleum storage tanks, metal workshops, locomotive carriages, metal pipelines, etc. that have both heat insulation requirements and high anti-corrosion requirements.

Recommended packages

WT108DB water-based acrylic primer 2 times

2-3 coats of WT205T water-based acrylic heat-insulating paint. It is recommended that the total dry film thickness of the package should not be less than 500pm.

Construction instructions

Surface treatment: The performance of the coating is usually proportional to the degree of surface treatment. When coating on the matching coating, the surface is required to be clean and dry, free from oil, floating dust and other impurities. It must be stirred evenly before construction. If the viscosity is too high, you can add clean water to dilute to the construction viscosity. In order to ensure the quality of the paint film, we recommend that the amount of water added be 0%-5% of the original paint weight. Multi-layer construction is adopted, and the last layer of coating must be carried out after the surface of the previous layer of paint is dry. The relative humidity is less than 85%, and the construction surface temperature is greater than 10°C and greater than the dew point temperature of 3°C. Rain, snow, and weather cannot be applied outdoors. If it has been constructed, it can be covered with a tarpaulin to protect the paint film.
