Waterborne coating with hammer, corrugated, orange finish

Product description

This series of products is specially designed for machinery and equipment. The primer is made of water-based epoxy resin paint, and the top coat is made of water-based epoxy resin paint or polyurethane top coat.

Supporting performance

Resistance to high and low temperature alternating cold and heat, aging resistance, oil resistance and chemical medium resistance;

Anti-yellowing, high hardness, good gloss, and can be treated outdoors for a long time without changing color and powder;

The corrugated hammer pattern effect is obvious and three-dimensional.

Application range

It is suitable for surface coating of various indoor and outdoor metal equipment, and is specially used for anti-corrosion protection and decoration of metal surfaces such as electromechanical equipment, aircraft, instruments, electric fans, toys, bicycles, and auto parts.

Surface treatment

All surfaces to be coated should be free of oil and dust, and should be kept clean, dry, and pollution-free. The old paint film must be completely dissolved with thinner, and it is not allowed to spray primer and scrape putty to cover. All surfaces shall be assessed and treated according to the ISO8504:1992 standard.

Construction instructions

(1) When mixing the paint, it should be fully stirred evenly; the bottom and surface curing agents must be used correctly, and the ratio must be accurate;

(2) The mechanical paint requires one-time film formation thickness. To achieve an ideal gloss, it is best to use air-assisted airless spraying with relatively good atomization, or require multiple spraying.

(3) The paint film can be self-dried or dried at low temperature, the hardness of the dried paint film is higher, and the corrugated hammer effect is better;

(4) Indoor equipment can choose epoxy or polyurethane, and outdoor equipment must use polyurethane;

(5) After spraying, the tool must be cleaned with thinner in time, otherwise the spray gun can no longer be used.
